RJ2 Trax is a web site where you can report trouble to your support technicians. Start by signing in at the left with your designated user name and password. Click the Sign in button to continue.

Existing trouble tickets can be viewed on the Ticket List page. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your ticket, as well as communicate with the support staff.

You can enter new tickets by clicking "Open New Ticket" on most pages, once you've signed in, assuming you've been allowed permission to do so.
