MarketFlash was a simple application for a simple need: Track cold calls made by sales qualification personnel, but without placing those cold calls into the enterprise's real CRM system. Why? With thousands of cold call leads, sales qualifiers would determine how hot those leads were. Those where a sale seemed possible would get migrated into the enterprise CRM system, while the truly dead leads would never clutter it up.
