Analysis and Design

After the requirements are documented, RJ2 Technologies begins to design the solution. Engaging our clients in this stage is key to the success of the project: Ensuring that the design and architecture of the solution addresses the clients' needs at this point reduces the potential for costly changes in the future.

We analyze the requirements to determine the initial design and architecture of the solution. We design each part of the solution, validate it against the requirements, and review it with you. This ensures that we are making your vision a reality.

After the key stakeholders agree that the design is correct, we continue with the Development Phase.
