Jeffery Dann - President and CEO

Jeffery Dann has 30 years of experience in the technical services industry. Since 1999, he has been the President and CEO of RJ2 Technologies, an IT consulting company providing a full complement of valued technology solutions targeted toward small and midmarket customers. Jeff is also the President and C.E.O. of RJ2 & Associates, Inc., a consulting and staff augmentation Services Company supporting customers with engineering and information technology projects and their staff augmentation requirements.

During his tenure in this industry, Jeff has successfully managed service companies representing thousands of employees nationwide. He has a strong background in technology, human resource management, contract services and solution based services that uniquely position him to lead these two growing businesses.

Prior to RJ2, Jeff was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Pollak and Skan, Inc. with twelve offices across the United States. He was also responsible for managing three sister companies with specialty service offerings for the aerospace, information technology and manufacturing industries. From 1978 to 1985, Jeff was the Director of Business Operations for an international engineering company in Houston, Texas specializing in the oil and gas production industry where he managed the Human Resource, Procurement, Office Services and Information Technology departments. He also worked for Ian Martin Incorporated, a consulting service company headquartered in Canada, managing their regional office in Houston, Texas and for a short time their office in Chicago.

Jeff is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau and has served multiple terms as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Technical Services Association (NTSA), one of the leading associations servicing the contract technical services industry. He has served as the Vice President of the NTSA, as a member of its Executive Committee and for several years as President and Director of the Midwest Chapter of the NTSA.

Jeff received his Bachelors of Science degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania in 1976.
